Traditional house of the "Cabanyal" district in Valencia (year 1927) totally redecorated and well-equipped to stay for days, weeks…in a quiet area near the beach, the Port America´s Cup and the City of Arts and Sciences. Ideal location: close to the subway line: harbour-airport, buses (1-81-31-32-N1) and just 3 minutes walk from the train station.

Moreover, if you are looking for a place to organize events, workshops, meetings and conferences in a warm atmosphere, our full of light lounge which holds 15 or 20 people will suit you perfectly.

Dining-room lounge with Wi-fi area, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, roof terrace (50 m²) with shower and barbacue for the summer and a shared room for 8 people maximum (wooden penthouse). Neatly decorated for a friendly and pleasant stay. Ideal for people who is looking for peacefulness and the healthy atmosphere of a rural house within the city.
